I have answered an extra question in CLSP.And i have ticked in Answer sheet. I have mentioned as extra Answeres for last question.Does it amount to illegal and will not check my answers. Please answer.

Its not illegal at all. Your all questions will be evaluated and highest marks in eligible questions shall be counted.
