Add dir form 32 filing problem

09 December 2012 in A Ltd all the three active directors are default due to non-filing compliance in some other companies. for A Ltd annual return filing purpose we appoint add director, but his form 32 can't able file. Reason is existing default directors sign not accepted by mca site.
what's the remedy.. kindly reply for this query...

For this,i will suggest you to make all pending annual filing of defaulting company to make director capable to sign others forms.

Until all defaulting companies Annual Filing is not completed such or any director is not eligible to use his signature for other forms.
