dear experts kindly provide solutions
A company has group of companies. situation is he has C&F contract now while he opens a account in his name (it took 20 days for same) meanwhile another company made payment or received on his behalf so what to do now for reconciliation of accounts or adjustment or legal provisions are in this matter. both r pvt company.

IF ALL IS GROUP COMPANY . AND ONE RECEIVED OR PAID THE PAYMENT ON BEHALF OF OTHER THAN WE CAN DEBITED OR CREDITED THE RESPECTIVE GROUP .
AND MAKE RECO OF INTER BRANCH COMPANY FOR FAIRNESS OF CALCULATION .
