what is consumable stores in a manufacturing company viz. what are the items to be grouped under Consumable stores ?

Consumable stores means the items which are consumed during the production cycle period.
They are characterized as having short time duration of generally production cycle period, are small in value and are used for the production process, may be depleted or worn out by use.
Certain Examples like oil and grease, rough clothes used in factory,waxes, polishes, polishing system supplies, supplies of food, fuel, spare parts, etc depending upon the manufacturing activity.
