16 June 2009 Accounting software i guess. Accounting for a new company is similar as you account for a newly born child. You will need the MOA & AOA to find out the subscribers to MOA and the number of shares taken up and whether money has been received from them or not. Also details of preliminary expenses is required to be found out. So details for the same are also required
