29 March 2010 pls clerify intra day profit in share book either as profit or as purch. and sale

for example

29.03.10
purchase 100 share of tata @ 1000/-
sale 100 share of tata @ 1050
both are transacion in a same day
should i book as net profit 100@ 50/-
cash or bank a\c dr. 5000
intra day profit cr. 5000
or
should i book as sale and purch.

pruchase dr. 100000
sale cr. 100000


this type of transaction has made in croe in a day
