Please solve my query that I am registered in erection and commissioning service. May I claim abatment 67% in bill inclusive marerial contract. And also take CANVAT in service full tax bill charged?
In some bills I have charged full tax which I claim CANVAT and some bill which are inclusive material party given me service tax after abatment adjustment.

as service tax charged in your bill you can claim it.

it is not possible to take credit of C.Cr. with E/N-1/2006,we cannot tak credit of C.Cr. if we tak option of Abatement of 67%.
