Abatment and CANVAT both claimed in same service ?

17 November 2009 Please solve my query that I am registered in erection and commissioning service. May I claim abatment 67% in bill inclusive marerial contract. And also take CANVAT in service full tax bill charged?

In some bills I have charged full tax which I claim CANVAT and some bill which are inclusive material party given me service tax after abatment adjustment.

21 November 2009 it is not possible to take credit of C.Cr. with E/N-1/2006,we cannot tak credit of C.Cr. if we tak option of Abatement of 67%.
