04 April 2015 Suppose total service tax is 100 . In case of renting of motor vehicle partial reverse charge is applicable. How much service tax is payable by service provider if takes abatement of 60 also. Please reply asap.

04 April 2015 If total service is 100 service tax payable on 40 after abatement of 60. Out of this 40 on 60% is service tax payable by service provider under partial reverse charge i.e. 24*12.36%.
