01 May 2010 We are a registered society operating a colleges of engineering and pharmacy.earlier we get the 80G from 2005 to 2007.

can we get the renew the 80 G certificate.
to operate the college we have to submit FDR to AICTE.

In form no.10G(application for renewal) asking us to give the detials of FDRS.

Can we apply and sucess in the same

01 May 2010 My view is definitely, you will success if you fulfill the requirements mentioned in for the registration u/s 80G. File the application in Form No 10G in duplicate along with a copy of previous registration certificate .
