In continuation, How to findout such foreign educational institute is recognised or not?
I have searched UGC but it does not show any foreign universities as recognised.

08 January 2015 It is better to ask from client to get such documents from foreign institute, if they provide the same then only you may allows deduction under section 80E, otherwise not
