Dear esteemed Experts ,
Recently we have started Charitable Trust in Bangalore with Trust deed. we would like to Register under section 12 A (a) of the Income Tax Act 1961. kindly clarify the followings.
1) List of documents required for 12 A (a) Certificate Approval, where to submit along with contact details at Bangalore.
2)List of documents required for 80G Certificate Approval, where to submit, along with contact details at Bangalore.
3)From the web site i come to know that, to approve 80G we have to submit Charity Commissioner Certificate. kindly let me know where i have to apply to this certificate and all other details regarding this.
