EPF deduction get under sec 80 C. my query will we get deduction paid basis or provision basis?
I mean EPF deduction of march'10 employer paid in april'10, so will we get deduction of march'09 u/s 80C in p.y. 2009-10 ?

Yes you will get the Deduction u/s 80C of EPF dedcuted in March,10 for FY 09-10.
Payment of EPF is the liability of the company and he will be paid as per the IT provisons , otherwise the employer will be at default.
