1. WHETHER AUDIT U/S 44 AB REQUIRED ?

2. WHAT IS DUE DATE TO FILE ROI ?

2. The turnover is less than Rs. 1 crore.
3. He has to show a minimum income equal to 8% of the turnover which comes to Rs. 2,88,000.
4. If he wants to show profit of Rs. 51,000 then he is required to get his accounts audited.
5. In that case the due date of filing the return will be 30th September
