dear dir,
let me know if any person purchasing any house and reconstruct the same as commercial building and sell it off,being total sales below 1cr,can he opt for 44AD???
and same way if purchasing land ploting it in small parts and selling the same can he opt for 44AD???

If both the activity is a business and turnover is less than 1 Crore you can opt for 44AD.
