UNDER THE INCOME TAX ACT 1961, TAX AUDIT WAS CARRIED OUT DURING SEPT & NOV,2014, BUT DUE TO SOME INCOMPLETE INFORMATION / DEFICIENCY IN SUPPLYING INFORMATION AUDIT WAS PENDING AND UPLOADING WAS NOT DONE AS ON 30.11.2014. NOW THE CLIENT HAS FURNSIHED THE INFORMATION AND COMPLETED THE AUDIT PROCESS AS ON 20.02.2015.NOW THE CLIENT IS ASKING US TO UPLOAD 3CB& CD FORMS & P&L A/C, BALANCE SHEET THROUGH CA SIDE NOW.
PLEASE ENLIGHTEN THE FOCUS ON WHETHER IS THERE ANY PENALTY FOR LATE UPLOADING EITHER SIDE ? DELAY IS BY CLIENTSSIDE IN SUPPLYING INFORMATION.WHETHER UPLOADING OF ABOVE IS NOW ,IS THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS, PENALTIES ETC ?

penalty for late audit can be levied. thats all. refer section 271B
