A.Y. 2009-10 mein 780000.00 ka commission par tds 78000.00 claim kiya tha . total income 250000.00 expenses 530000.00 return mein show kiye. kya 530000.00 ka expenses sahi hai .Please help me.

It depends on how you got the loss. Showing in return is different but you should really have the loss mentioned in return to show it.
