A person wanted to send Education/Tuition fees to Canadian College for the education of his son. Whether he has to obtain Form 15CA-15CB from a Chartered Accountant? If no, then where is this notification?Reply fast

Remittance upto certain amount for education fees is not liable for obtaining form 15CA & 15CB. For the limits please contact your banker he will let you know about that.

Agree, example : reimbursement of expenses not required form 15CA & 15CB. Your bankder will advise in a proper manner who to send fees to Canadian College.
