dear all
my query is a foreign co. bill to doordarshan gov. of Installation tesing & commissiong charge bill around 1 core what is service tax rate applicable and any tds rate is applicable on this installation testing & commissioning charges ?

Hi,
There are chances of Taxability of Income of Foreign Co in India as the services provided includes some services in nature of Technical Services (Section 9)
You may need to refer relevant DTAA and if its Income is taxable, DD needs to comply with TDS requirements.
