17 April 2025 I am a cable tv operator my turnover is under 20 lakh limit so I am needed to continue my gst or can I cancel my gst registration or is it mandatory for service provider.I do not want any input tax credit.

18 April 2025 No, GST is only mandatory if your annual turnover exceeds ₹20 lakhs (₹10 lakhs in special category states). If you are below this limit, you can operate without GST registration. If you deal with businesses that need GST compliance, you may continue voluntarily.
