01 May 2015 central institute of plastics engineering & Technology is a GOI autonomus istitute. our institute is engage the manpower agency & security agency to provided different type manpower, supervisor and security guard on monthly basis and above agency charged the service tax on monthly bill. In this regards kindly suggest service tax applicable or not
