27 March 2010 Over draft is the temproary loan facility to a account holder can withdraw the amount excess of his available balance(Subject to limit) against some deposits and security with bankers.it is an temprory arrangement of loan

Cash Credit is the loan facility against the Stock/ DRS held in business and CC also having the limit of withdrawing power.it is an pure loan nature
