03 December 2013 dear sir,
in September 2013 after 1.5 crore exemption wrongly I have filled Er-1 instead of ER-3 in Oct.-13.what should I do.???????

04 December 2013 From the next quarter you can file ER-3 and you should intimate to the excise department with letter.
