what should be done if wrong vat100 is filed for all 12 months of 2011-12 as per Karnataka vat

Recompute the correct values for each month. Should there be any payable you can file the returns along payment of tax and interest. Also incase there is excess you may file the same with a covering letter (practically difficult that the officer would accept these returns).
