Wrong TAN

One of our branches remitted TDS to Govt Account using TAN of Another Company in the Group. ( Effect Tax deducted in one company, and remitted by another company in the group )
What is the remedy available?

The company whose TAN was used should file a correction return to annul the mistake and u should file a fresh return to record the TDS
12 September 2009
Should the company make the payment of Tax again to the Income Tax , and the other company claim refund ?
