11 February 2013 i have wrongly submitted online itr return . Figure related to A.Y. 2012-13, wrongly fill up to A.y. 2011-12. But not send acknoledgment to bengluru. how will treat case by cpc bengluru, if i not send Acknoledgement? urgent help me

11 February 2013 CPC won't process your return unless you send the signed ITRV. You may submit revised ITR under 139(5) and submit the signed ITRV for revised return.

11 February 2013 can i submit offline (local A.O.) return as fresh return, other than revised return.

can cpc something do? please urgent.

11 February 2013 well, as I said, unless u submit signed ITRV with the CPC, you have not filed the return.

So, it is possible to file fresh ITR under 139(4) - belated return - offline with the AO. There should not be any issue as CPC can't process your return in absence of signed ITRV.
