Wrong payment of tds (another head)

Hello every1,
We have made quarter 4 tds payment wrongly in Sec 192 inspite of 194A and also in wrong minor head i.e.400 rather than 200.
How can we rectify the same.
Please reply.
Is there any chance of adjustment or refund?

Please approach the computer section of the income tax or the TDS ward. They have to rights to modify and update the challan details.
