Wrong PAN in IT Returns and Challans

Wrong PAN No. was mentioned in the Returns filed till last A.Y.
2008-2009, which noticed after the verifing the details as per PAN
CARD. Wrong PAN was also mentioned on Challans. and paid Advance Tax,
Self Asstt. Tax.
While verifing the credit on OLTAS of NSDL, by putting all details as
per challans, there also shows the Wrong PAN, but name Shows Correct
on NSDL OLTAS.
What should be do for the same. A's accounts are also get Audited
(Individual), and previously filed physical return.
While noticing the wrong PAN, now going to file last year's Return
with correct PAN.
For Previous year's how to rectify the same. Assesee's income for
previous 2 years was more than 20 LACS.
Pls advice on the same, and remedy?
