Wrong assesment year in self assesment challan

Dear Experts,
While making a self assesment tax challan for assessment year 2014-15, i wrongly wrote the assesment year as 2015-16 and the challan has been processed by the bank and also i get challan number and BSR code . i didnt file the return .kindly tell me now how to rectify this mistake. guide me soon
