We are the sub contractor for building the bridges and railways. Our total receipts for the year is 22 lacs. Are service tax or vat applicable or we are exempt under any provisions. Kindly provide sections or case laws for reference.

These are exempted services under NN 25/2012. Negative list exempts sub contractor providing exempted services.
