08 January 2010 My Client is a Private Ltd. Company. They are given contract for electrical fitting and installation, Contract for futniture and such other contract. And contrcator charge MVAT as per composition Scheme @ 8%. Can Company get set off of the MVAT Paid

09 January 2010 under composition scheme, the same rate of wct will be deducted by your contractor and the same can be taken credit against your output tax, but u can not claim any input credit
