without considering Tds ITO Prepared IT Ordere

08 June 2010 many of my client recd IT orders where i hd claim refund by claiming TDS but as per IT Orders the Amt of TDS is not considered and i had also filled a letter with it dept reg this issue plz guide me

08 June 2010 This is happening due to mismatch of data between the TDS return filed by the deductor and the Income Tax Return filed by the deductee.

The only way is to write letters to the AO, which you have done and produce the originals for their verification.

In terms of Board's instruction, credit of tax will be given after due verification in appropriate cases.
