I am here by a query about the Export in Exempted unit that could we have any export without ARE 1 if is it possible so what & how to do about this situation.

Unregistered unit or registered under under 1.5cr turnover availing ssi exemption no need to issue ARE-1 for export without payment of duty.

As above we are registered in Excise and we have the 24Cr. turnover per annum. If we submit the proof of export to deptt. so then it could be possible to no need to submission of ARE1.
04 March 2016
If you have exported the excisable goods under rule 19 of central excise Rules, 2002, without payment of duty then you need to submit proof of export.
