Respected Sir/Madam,
How shall i claim Witholding Tax Deducted by an overseas party on payment to me . What is the procedure to claim this and whether i have to obtain any certificate from the deductor to claim this money. Kindly please clarify the matter.

Include the amount in your IT return and claim relief for the tax withheld by the overseas party, Obtain a certificate for the deduction.
