10 August 2011 Dear Expert,pl.suggest me to file appeal under cst act as the VATO(DELHI)HAS DISALLOWES ALL THE C-FORMS SUBMITTED BY THE DEALER WITH FOLLOWING REASONS:1.C-FORM ISSUING DEALER HAS NOT AUTHORISATION TO PURCHASE THE GOODS(TYHIRE)IN HIS R.C.(2) THE DEALER (SELLER) UNABLE TO SUBMIT PROOF OF DESPATCH G.R.,AS IN MOST OF THE CASES OF ISS SALE PARTY HAS COLLECTED GOODS BY HIS OWN CONVEYANCE.(3) IF THE ISSUERER OF C FORM MAKES ANY DEFAULT TO HIS RC THAN IS THE SELLER IS LIABLE FOR TAX,INTEREST & PENALTIES.(4)IT IS ALSO NOTED THAT MOST OF THE PURCHASER HAVE USED TYRES & TUBES IN EXECUTION OF WORK CONTRACT( BUILDER & INFRASTURES )
PL.ADVISE ME THE NEEDED MATERIAL WITCH CAN BE HELPFUL FOR CHALLANGING THE ORDER.THANKS

11 August 2011 Please verify who has issued C form. If on the basis of your bill department has issued the C form the the case is in your favour

File all the documents photo copy in the appeal and try to convince the appellate authority
