15 January 2016 A pvt. ltd. co. was liable to pay its debts. later on it converted to LLP. Now how should I take action against the company for winding up whether under co. act or under LLP act. what is the procedure

At the time of conversion Company is required to obtain NOC from the creditor, if Company will not provide NOC then ROC will not approve the conversion of Company.
If in any case its converted into LLP then the debt will belong to LLP after conversion. you can take action into LLP aCt.
