Chances r very bleak in recounting. Nearly 5 in thousands. Bt gv a try. Never knows wht will b written in ur fate. Bt dont depend on its results. Start ur preparation. File the exam form. Prepare a D.D, letter in ur own handwriting regardng papers to b recounted. walk in to ur nearest chapter office get the procedure for the same. All the best.
