Will additional director be counted for minimum directors

09 August 2014 in a private company there are 4 directors out of them 2 are additional directors. now the two directors need to resign so i have a doubt that weather the 2 additional directors fulfill the requirement of minimum no of directors in co. they are appointed after AGM. AGM for this year held on 30.06.2014 and additional directors were appointed on 1.07.2014.
