if bill / invoice raised 31st March 2015 & payment received 31st Dec 2015 so which service tax rate is applicable 12.36% or 14%.
plz help me

Rate is 12.36% presuming that service is rendered on or before enactment of Finance Bill, 2015 viz., 14-5-2015.
