I have salary income of more than 10 lacs. In computing my salary income i have several allowances like hra, transport, medical exempt to an extent of 25000/-. Can I file ITR 1 for ay 2013-14? ITR 1 specifically states that exempt income of more than 5000 cannot use this form to file returns. In the context,please advise
