Which ITR form shoulb be use?

22 June 2011 Hi All !

My question is, in A.Y.2011-2012 if a person having income from both u/s 44 AD and from business or profession then which ITR form should he use? Sugam 4S or Normal ITR 4? Please reply soon ! Thanx in advance

And

Also I want to ask, that, can I take printout of ITR Sahaj & Sugam 4s from colour printer or I have to buy readymade printed forms? I heard somewhere that only form with dropout ink will be accepted at Income tax department and other forms will be rejected as improper forms.

Black ink print-outs are acceptable

22 June 2011 It is better to buy approved readymade printed forms as we may not be able to meet all color specifications regarding ITR sahaj and ITR4 sugam.
