We have opened new entity in other location currently we have tan for current location whether other entity TDS Payment can be made in current TAN Number?

29 March 2013 Yes if the new branch is of same company having same PAN you can deposit the TDS amount in same TAN.

Say a company having different branch in different states can deposit TDS under same TAN.
