Nature of business is spa/ massage
Material consumed for providing spa/massage services.
We have already paid service tax and luxury tax on this service.
My question is regarding material consumed for providing spa business.
Whether its service is also liable for vat alongwith service tax and luxury tax?

If you use some oils and herbs as consumables during massaging,there will not be any sale and VAT laws are not attracted. If sell any of those consumables to customers for continued oral treatment such sales will be liable for VAT.....mjk
