01 October 2013 plz also confirm whether the service tax liability on car rental service provided by a private ltd. company to a p.s.u. to be borned by the service provider or service receiver??

02 October 2013 As per the applicable provision if the sevice provider is a body corporate/company and provides the services to another body corporate then 100% liablity of payment of service tax is on service provider.Though SP may take abatement option.But in that case also ,liablity of payment will on SP only
