Whether mgt 14 is required to be filed or not?

As per notification no.G.S.R 206(E) dated 18th March 2015,In the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Power) Rules 2014,In Rule 8 item no.(5) relating to take note of the disclosure of director's interest and shareholding by BOD only by means of resolutions passed at meetings of the board shall be omitted.Accordingly,now there is no need to pass resolution for disclosure of director's interest and shareholding and hence MGT 14 is not required to be filed.Suggest whether i am correct or not.

As per the above said relaxation, MGT 14 is not required to be filed for director's disclosure of interest and share holding only, you need to follow MGT 14 for other cases.
