26 November 2016 Annual return certification is not required for small company and opc. But for other private company , if paid up capital is more than 10 crore or turnover is more than 50 crore , then it must be certified by PCS in form MGT 8

28 November 2016 MGT- 8 is an attachment made in word Format which is signed by Practsing Company Secretary and send as an attachment along with form MGT 7 ( Form for annual return of the Company which is available on MCA Portal)
