Whether a semi qualified ca can render accounting & taxation

12 December 2013 Dear Expert,
I want to know that Whether a Semi Qualified CA can render Accounting & Taxation services
by means of his own practice. If yes then can he also print his visiting cards etc.

12 December 2013 yes. you can. but you cannot use CA logo or the words Chartered Accountant on the visiting cards or any stationery material.

12 December 2013 Can I use the designation of Tax Consultant on the visiting card alongwith putting my qualifications such as Semi qualified CA and B.Com?

12 December 2013 there is no qualification as a semi-qualified CA. however you can apply for ATC. yes, you can use B.com and tax consultant
