17 November 2009 A company, having registered office in kolkata and address for correspondence in gurgaon, trades in shares.

Being a stock broker, where should we pay stamp duty, whether in west bengal or in haryana

18 November 2009 And if instrument (contract note in this case) is signed (executed) at delhi for the trades done on behalf of client having registered office of kolkata and correpondence office in haryana than shouldn't stamp duty is payable at delhi???
