Quick Summary

You can claim pending GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) for the financial year 2022-23 until 30th November 2023. If you had sales in the previous financial year but received a sales return in October 2023, you can issue a credit note in your GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 for October 2023. The deadline for this has also been extended to 30th November 2023.

18 October 2023 I HAVE SOLD GOODS IN LAST YEAR 2022-23, THEN SALES RETURN SHOULD BE UP TO SEP 2023. IF GOODS RETURN IN OCT. THEN CAN I ISSUED CREDIT NOTES IN OCT OR NOT FOR ITC.
