20 July 2011 one company is our client and we are giving the service and amc on contract basis they deduct TDS and WCT on equal rate i want to know what is WCT pleae resolve my problem

20 July 2011 WCT is work contract tax. it is applicable where the contract involves both material& Labour in billing, This is one type of VAT. you can adjust the deduction with your VAT payment
