What is the procedure to get duplicate i-card from institute

30 December 2013 you need to write a letter to icai regional chapter where u got register and make an application for same with all your details.

30 December 2013 Thanks for ur reply. I m in nirc. I ask through e -sahayata. They said we send with reg letter if not received then get duplicate. I just got only letter. Few of my frnds also not get the id card. Facing same problem. What u suggest Should i submit a fresh id card along with application signed by CA. Please help

30 December 2013 yes you can do so. Just write a letter as Tushar said alongwith your CA signature.
